Cindy Campbell is the Chief Operating Officer for AFL Investments. She joined the Argus Group in 2001 as a Senior Business Analyst and a year later was promoted to Vice President, Information Systems and Strategic Planning. She later took over the role of Executive Vice President of Group Insurance before being promoted to the role of Chief Operating Office at AFL Investments. Cindy has over 20 years experience in marketing, accounting, human resources, systems management and operations in both Bermuda and the United States. Cindy is a Bryan Fellow and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is very active in the community and holds or has held board positions on Somers Isles Insurance Company Ltd., the American Society of Bermuda, the Bermuda Diabetes Association and the Bermuda Health Council.

Louis is the Assistant Vice President of operations at AFL Investments. Louis joined AFL Investments in October 2007, having previously worked as an Analyst at Cidel Bank & Trust Inc. in Barbados where he gained extensive knowledge and experience in banking, investment administration and fund management. Prior to joining the Cidel Group in January 2006, he worked for several years as an Examiner with the Bank Supervision Department of the Central Bank of Barbados. Louis holds a BSc. (Hons.) in Economics and Accounting from the University of the West Indies in Barbados, and a MSc. (Distinction) in Banking and International Finance from the Cass Business School, City University in London. He is also a certified accountant, being a member of CGA Barbados and Canada.

Carla joined AFL Investments in February 2009 as a Senior Wealth Manager, previously working in Bermuda as Portfolio Relationship Manager with an Asset Management company since 2006. Prior to moving to Bermuda, Carla gained her experience with TD Waterhouse in the Calgary AB, Canada working in various roles within her seven years with the company including Investment Advisor and Financial Planner. She has completed her IFIC (The Investment Funds Institute of Canada), CSC (Canadian Securities Course), and PFPC (Professional Financial Planning Course), she is currently in the final stage of completing her CFP. Carla enjoys tennis and golf, and currently sits as secretary on the board of Association of Canadians in Bermuda (ACIB).

Theresa joined AFL Investments in February 2008 as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted just over a year later to Wealth Associate in May 2009. She brings to the Company 12 years of experience as an Office Manager in the service industry. Theresa is bilingual in Portuguese and English. She is presently working towards an Associates Degree in Business Management.

Kevin joined AFL Investments in November, 2010 as Lead Wealth Manager. Kevin has over 20 years of experience in investment services, business development, investor relations, financial consulting and securities transaction related activities. Kevin has worked extensively in Bermuda, the United States, Europe, Asia and the Middle East providing these services to HNW individuals and institutional clients, most recently as a Senior Vice President with a privately owned investment management company in Switzerland. Kevin has extensive knowledge of the alternative investments industry, having covered various capital structure arbitrage and credit related strategies, including structured products. Kevin has a B.B.A. in Finance from Hofstra University in Long Island, New York and during his career has successfully completed the C.F.A. Level I and the Series 7 General Securities Representative examinations, as well as extensive investment product and client service training programs at both Smith Barney (Citigroup) and Edward Jones Investments in the United States.
